which the problem of barriers of communication can be solved:
1. Use of simple Language: Sender or speaker must carefully choose the words to speak because some words and very hard for everyone to understand so use of simple and clear words should be used.
2. Reduction and elimination of noise levels: Unnecessary noises are like an enemy to a good conversation so everyone’s first priority should be taking care of stopping any noise which can disturb the conversation.
3. Active Listening: when someone is talking to us it is our responsibility to listen everything carefully and actively. Only hearing something is not enough because there is a huge difference between hearing and listening. Listening means hearing something with total understand and grasping every detail.
4. Emotional State: during communication one should know how to control his emotions because sometimes emotions can result in us making weird expressions and gesture which might listener lead to misinterpret what we really want to say.
5. Avoid information overload: we must prioritize the important things first to speak in conversation because sometime if the message is filled with too many words and it Is very long then it will make it hard for the listeners to understand everything in the message because of length.
6.Proper media selection: speakers should carefully decide which media will be best to convey their message to others because choosing the channel of communication is very important for presenting the thoughts to others.
